Hello everyone,
As many are aware, Motus has been experiencing data processing difficulties lately. We’ve reached a critical capacity limit with the system’s ability to process all incoming data in real-time. No data has been lost, but there is a delay between upload and availability through the R package or on the website.
While we’re working to rebuild our processes and database management structure to facilitate faster processing and availability of data, it’s likely that processing will remain delayed by ~2 weeks. To preserve server capacity, manual data uploads will be limited to 8AM to 8PM Eastern Time.
We appreciate the difficulty these creates, especially for assessing station performance and studies requiring frequent updates.
