Tag detection

I am a new at this. Very little software to none with R4.2.1

I want to download tag detection for my site. I login and go to manage station. Download project data, tag detection

Now it want me to down load soft ware Then I get confused

I have r 4.2.1

so I down load Motus 6.10. and uzip

Now what do I do?

I can not find any instruction

The instructions on how to use the R package can be found here: https://motuswts.github.io/motus/

This allows you do download the detailed data for a tagging project or by receiver.

There are a few quick ways to view daily summary data on the Motus.org.

  • Click on the appropriate dot on the receiver map and, if there are detections, there will be a link to the detections in the popup
  • browse the projects list and click on the receivers or tags option to see a summary of daily detections
  • visit the Explore dashboard, which is the newest and most powerful method of viewing detections. However this is currently in development so there are some kinks occasionally with the process.
