We are currently experiencing a data processing backlog for SensorStation data.
This is only affecting the transfer of data from CTT to Motus. You can confirm that your network-connected SensorStations are still collecting and sending data to CTT’s servers by logging in to the CTT portal.
We are working on resolving this and will post an update here when the data import is back on track.
Hi Lucy, most seem to be up to date and keeping up now, but there are a few that are still behind. It’s also possible that there is another issue. Which are you looking at that are “stuck”?
Apologies, I never replied to this! Time flies…this was ages ago.
I think the ‘stuck’ stations have resolved, although I would say that there is a delay of between 3 - 7 days roughly on most of our CTT stations… Not sure if this is something I should just expect and work with, or whether there’s another general backlog.
It’s not all that uncommon to have processing delays and a day or two is usually not worth stressing about – especially if you confirm they are still sending data via the CTT portal.
