Recovering Boot Count from Uploaded Data

Hello,

Is there any way to recover the boot count for an SGv2 from its automatically-uploaded data? I am currently rebuilding one from bare metal, after its SD card failed completely, so I have no way of knowing what its previous boot count was.

Hi Andrew,

If you have a local motus file for the receiver, you should have that value in the batches table. Otherwise, if you share the serial number, a staff can look it up for you in the database.

Yes but not without SG-ID… You can also look it up yourself on www.sensorgnome.net
