Problem with Bulk Upload of Tag Deployments

I am trying to upload to my project #307 tag deployment information for about 100 BluBat tags.

Following the instructions here: https://motus.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Tag-Metadata-Upload-Instructions.pdf I have prepared a .csv of deployment information.

I have uploaded the file, which passes the validation checks.

The final step should be to click the “Complete Upload” button, which I have done. However nothing seems to happen when I do this.

When I check my tag deployments I the deployment have not been registered.

  • Is there some form of confirmation that the push to database has been completed?
  • I am being impatient and should just wait for the deployments to be incorporated? If so how long should I wait?
  • Is there a problem with this upload process at the moment?
  • would there be a problem if I repeated the upload from a different computer / browser?

Any comments / suggests greatly appreciated. EAP

Hi Ewan,

I have recently been contact about the issue and have documented it for our database team. I don’t think there is any workaround at this time unfortunately, but we will provide an update as soon as we get more information.
