We were recently introduced to stacuity.com pay-per-byte 4G SIMs. Testing has shown them to be more cost effective for us than regular monthly contract 4G SIMs. Costs are determined by the local 4G services available. Also, costs may well vary depending on the quantity of radio received traffic according to the number of SDR/antenna combinations used, and the frequency of received radio tagging data. For us on the Isle of Man, testing on a two node SG costs are less than 10p(GBP) per day, and similarly for a single node SG recently deployed in the field.
