Hello everyone,
We wanted to let you know that the motus R package has just been updated. This new version includes the following:
- the tagme() function has been updated to improve functionality
- spatial dependencies have been updated so that motus no longer relies on retired packages, such as maptools
- a new article on a tool to help identify false positives has been posted to the Articles page
- additional minor fixes
We recommend updating your version of the motus package, particularly if you run into any issues. A full list of specific changes can be found on the motus package documentation website.
