Hi All! We’re happy to announce a new paper published in the journal Animal Biotelemetry, titled:
Improving the spatial accuracy of wildlife tracking data with automated radio telemetry system.
The study, led by the primary author, Sean Burcher, took a combined empirical and simulation approach to evaluating the Grid Search method of localizing tags within a Node grid. This method has been integrated into the Celltracktech R Package since right after our workshop at the American Ornithological Society meeting in Colorado two conferences ago, but the paper is finally out.
