Move tags from one project to another

How can we move tags from one project to another? The website link isn’t working: https://motus.org/move-tags/

My last status is, that this is currently not yet implemented into an automated process that you can do yourself, but work in progress at Motus central. The only option is sending a request Email to Motus central containing the following infomartion:

ID,Mfg ID,Burst Interval,Current Project,Target Project

for example a .txt-file like this: ID,Mfg ID,Burst Interval,Current Project,Target Project 91806,33,6.10,839,881 91094,33,6.70,881,839
