Noticed that on the SG Hub all three of my stations are

currently showing Failed for the past three days
-
have increasing Bytes to upload/download
Hopefully there isn’t any backhoe work being done near the Motus data centre? ;)

Hi Mark, apologies for the late reply. By the time I saw your message the problem was resolved. Looking at some logs it appears that the Motus server was having a couple of bad days. Here’s a short excerpt from a random station’s sg-control log (you can easily pull that up for any station on SGhub):
Apr 22 22:18:24 localhost sg-control[712]: Motus upload starting for SG-1550RPI4E470-20240421-e4997bab.zip with 48 files Apr 22 22:18:25 localhost sg-control[712]: Upload failed while uploading with error: Error: SG-1550RPI4E470-20240421-e4997bab.zip: Upload verify error: status 500
“status 500” refers to the HTTP status, so the station was able to submit the request to the server but the server croaked.

There was an issue last week affecting Motus authentication. This is what was preventing uploads by V2 SensorGnomes. That issue has been resolved.
There was also an issue with V1 SensorGnome uploads, which upload via a different path. These are the receivers visible on sensorgnome.org. that issue should be resolved by now. Please let us know if that’s not the case for you.

Amazing that this problems looks like fixed; most of the V1 SG- stations that I helped with are visible on the Sensorgnome.org page; amazing! The website has still some problems; only with a private window I can go to that website; otherwise I will kicked out.
An other thing I see now: first it was possible to login on those stations, but now I can’t do that anymore. My password is the same as my MOTUS credentials, but something is not working to log in on the SG’s…
