How to upload data from SRX1200 Lotek receivers (from Spain stations)

Hello,

I have data from 6 stations with a Lotek SRX1200 receivers in Spain, that we use for a non-migratory project but I would like to share the data as many european birds may cross near these stations. However, I don’t know how to do it. Now I have millions of data in txt files and I don’t know how to uploaded. Data has already the coded tags ID so there is no need to uncode it.

Can somebody help me and help other recerchers to get their data?

Thank you

Helena

Thank you! I might have aroudn 700 .BIN files… Is there any way to do it faster?

Maybe I can upload only data from migratory periods? I’ve just detected one bird that I am sure it’s a tagged bird, but normally unknown ID tags are just noise.

Interesting.. Did you get 700 files after downloading from the receiver a single time? In my experience it only saves a single BIN file after you download.

That certainly sounds tedious to have to convert 700 files individually!

No, these 700 files are from 6 stations, downloading every two weeks! and about 3 years of data!
