I keep tabs on a sensor station that my local bird club had installed. Generally, things have seemed okay. I know there are data processing delays at Motus. For over a week the “Latest Data” reported on the public Motus page for our station didn’t change (it was reporting 2026-05-19). Today it updated and reports 2026-05-29. Okay, that’s fine. However, when I dive into the Manage>Manage Stations> and look at the Deployment Timeline, the GPS Fixes haven’t been reported since 2026-05-13. I have gone out to the CTT Portal, and everything is current there. Reboots, check-ins, disk space.. all good. I downloaded GPS log files from today and from a month ago, everything looks good. So, station is up and reporting. CTT is getting the information. Motus sort of reports it’s getting something. Not sure where to turn to look into this. Suggestions welcome. I have access to the station, to the CTT Portal for the Sensor Station, and to Motus for the project / project stations. Something doesn’t seem right. Thanks!

Same here. For some reason the GPS fixes are tied to the 166 data processing lags. Hopefully Motus will get things working better soon or let us know how we can help.

The same is true for our station. Although I’m glad to know I’m not the only one, I hope there is a resolution to this data lag.
I appreciate that I, too, am not alone. My challenge has been that I am new to keeping a sensor station alive and running correctly, and I don’t know where all the best information is for full awareness, nor do I know what the norm is. The feedback has helped establish the current general state - so thanks!
