We have ran into an issue with our Compudata Sensorgnome at our Hanging Rock (#427) site and hoping someone in this group may know what is wrong or ran into this before.
We have the normal blinking heartbeat on push button LED, can connect to WiFi, and on the I am your SensorGnome diagnostic screen get confirmation of GPS and date/time, but the “What am I doing now” is not there. Under Devices, the ports are missing. On the Raspberry Pi, we have the dreaded fast red blinking lights I’d read about but green light also flashing; we have never seen this before. You can do a manual data download and the activity chart looks normal, and was working a few days prior (i.e. a detection).
Any information that may assist us is appreciated! I attached a video of the blinking and screenshot showing the missing items on the I am your SensorGnome screen.
