Hi, we had a problem with our broadband service and our site was cut off last November. We have reinstated the service, downloaded the latest version of the software for our CTT sensor station and we have uploaded all our files with system feedback advising the upload was successful. However the dashboard continues to show that the last data upload was last November.
Is anyone else experiencing the issue that uploaded data files are not being processed?
I’m not sure what more I can do at our end to get things working again.
There has been a problem with SensorStation V2/V3 uploads where data wasn’t passed from CTT to Motus. This has been resolved as of late today (July 10th) so the backlog should be processing. What you observe may be due to this.
The Motus server seems to be running some maintenance; our stations show the last processed data up to June 29, even when they are all running fine. It should get back up to date soon, I think.
If power was reinstated following June 29 2024, then it’s likely that the delay is related to the data transfer issue mentioned by Thorsten. SensorStation data is now being transferred from CTT to Motus Central, but it may take a few days to work through the backlog. If you have created an account on the CTT station portal, you could log in there and confirm that this station has been sending data to CTT’s server.
Thanks for the feedback, we seem to have had our data processed but the test tag wasn’t recorded so still more work to do.
If you’re missing detections, one of the first things to check is that your tag deployment metadata is accurate and up-to-date. There is more information about that here: Tag Management | Motus Docs
