Data file upload hung up in processing?

I uploaded our latest detection data file on Monday morning, and this morning is is still showing with a job status of “pending” Any idea of why it has hung up? Should I just upload the file again? Job ID 42072617, file 35318_2024-11-25T16-25-07.975_SG-0934RPI3A060-2024-11-24T21_36_20.150Z.zip

Hi Ken, I noticed some of our connected receivers haven’t had data in a couple days so it’s quite likely there is a general processing backlog. At this point I’d just wait. We’ll post here if it looks like it’s going to take a bit longer to resolve.

Hi Ken, evidently there was a localized issue that caused a wider backlog. That’s been resolved and data processing is catching up.
