I am have difficulty imaging my CTT sensor station V3 using window 11 and 10. I have been using the instruction on CTT web but get stuck on step 7 running rpiboot. I run the rpi and plug in usb nothing happen as described. Yes I have moved the jumper and tested the usb cable. When I open the raspberry pi imager it displays what version a OS to select. Has any one made their own instruction sheet that I can use or suggestion what I might be doing wrong. I download the software the CTT suggested.
I fix it had to add zadig software to my computer and use a different usb port. Why I had to switch port i do not know it was a suggestion from raspberrypi user.

The USB port issue is something I struggled with. I think it needs to be a powered port (power is provided through the port), and not all ports are powered. I have to use a specific port on my laptop.
