Credentials not authenticating with SensorGnome service

I’ve been attempting to upload our latest data files. When I loggin to the the upload detection files page I get three messages:

-You have successfully logged in

-Welcome, Ken Raynor

  • Your credentials did not authenticate on the SensorGnome service

I can select the data file and it uploads, but the it never completes the verification, which I guess isn’t surprising if the system doesn’t recognize me.

I’ve tried this from both my Android phone (my normal routine) and from a Windows desktop machine.

Any ideas why that is happening?

Looks like is now fixed.

Did you have to do anything for this to be fixed? I know this post is a few months old, but I am now seeing this issue on the data upload page (the authentication message appeared since yesterday)

I believe Josh tweaked something on his end to get the credentials to transfer correctly. I just kept trying occasionally until it worked again.

I’m also seeing the same error message again.

I am wondering if it is a server issue of some kind. It worked yesterday (no message), but today when I go to the same page it has the credentials error again.
